OpenEnglish has received 51 Million USD in total funding to address the speaking and listening skills of young Brazilian professionals and LiveMocha received 5 Million USD from Distance Learning giant Abril.

VoiceClub has similar ambitions however we have a different methodology and a different business model. We want to be the of the Digital Era (in their day they sold 10 Million ‘voicebooks’ or 2 minute audiofiles).

Our aim is to transform the Tablets and Smartphones of Developing Markets (BRICI) into Mobile Simulator-Trainers for Learning Engish. Features: Custom Made Educational Materials via YouTube (EduClips), Twitter/Facebook Sharing, Localization (GPS) language exchange(online meets offline) and a Social Game.
